Local Law 31 of 2020 repealed the licensing requirement for Home Improvement Salespersons. As of August 9, 2020, DCWP now not licenses Home Improvement Salespersons and can now not settle for new or renewal functions. This repeal doesn’t impact the licensing requirement for Home Improvement Contractors.
